When you work with Blue Water Marine Transport, we follow a careful and professional process to ensure that your vessel arrives safely at its destination and in the condition you expect.

Condition Reports

Blue Water will provide you with full condition reports, signed by our agent both at initial pick up and once the vessel reaches its final destination. Photographs of the vessel are provided upon request.

Authorization and Payment

The Vessel Transportation Authorization & Agreement (Click to Download PDF) provides the details about our liability coverage, cancellation and payment policies. The document will be completed and signed by both the Blue Water Marine Transport agent and the shipper prior to transport. All freight charges are due and payable in advance.
